KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 (Bernama) — CIMB Bank Bhd has made its debut of 3.0 billion renminbi (RMB; 100 RMB=RM58.94) three-year Panda Bond issuance in the China Interbank Bond Market, making it the largest single-tranche issuance by a Malaysian institution to date.
