KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 31 (Bernama) — NEC Corporation (NEC) has announced a definitive agreement to acquire United States-based CSG Systems International Inc (CSG) for US$80.70 per share in cash, valuing the deal at approximately US$2.9 billion, or 438.5 billion Japanese yen, including debt.
