KUALA NERUS, Nov 5 (Bernama) — The Terengganu Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council (MAIDAM) has allocated RM16.5 million in zakat assistance to be distributed through the Agihan Hak Asnaf Fakir Miskin Convoy (KAHA) programme this year.
