SANDAKAN, Nov 1 (Bernama) — Seat allocation negotiations between Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) for the 17th Sabah state election are in the final stage, with nearly 70 per cent concluded, said Sabah BN chairman Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin.
